Hello people!
I've been working a bit on this blog over break, trying to make it a little more interesting and user-friendly (if I may presume to use such words!). I've added a few things on my sidebar, with the obvious effect of making it about a mile long and the perhaps less-obvious intention of making my blog easier to navigate. If I did a "labels" list it (my sidebar) would be approximately two miles long, besides looking very disorganized, so I took some of my most common topics and put them in a links list. Is it helpful? Did I miss anything? Is there something else that you think would make this place easier to get around on?
Anyway...how was your Christmas? Ours was nice and quiet. We followed our tradition of skating in the mountains on Boxing Day (the day after Christmas, for those of you who don't have Canadian friends). We're enjoying a break from normality; I have been doing a lot of reading, a decent amount of violin practice (being moved to the first violin section before you think you're ready kinda does that to you), and assorted other things--like drawing, for instance.

The side links don't look bad. But then I'm used to all the ones I have, so it doesn't bother me. =)
